Floating across the snow was magical, the Garden of Luck was a versatile oasis, and my holiday in Tyrol was filled with mountain adventures and stunning villages. The food at the restaurant made me so happy, and the wellness services left me feeling pampered.
It's not like I needed any help or friendliness from the reception staff anyway. Who wants a quality sleep when you can hear every neighbor's toilet use?

I chose this hotel for attending a synod and it provided professional assistance and high-quality equipment for my work. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The special menus for professional groups were a great addition.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated conference room.

Loved floating across the snow and uncovering winter joys. The versatile Garden of Luck was perfect for families. My holidays allowed me to visit mountains, bathe in lakes, and explore beautiful villages.
Oh, how I enjoyed those sessions in the sauna where I had to go naked! And the lack of entertainment in the bar was such a disappointment.

Floating across the snow and slowly uncovering the joys of the winter landscape was like discovering hidden treasures right in front of my eyes. It felt like being on a magical adventure, where every step brought new delights and breathtaking views. The feeling of absolute peace and rest that the Tyrol's impressive landscape provided was simply unparalleled.
Lack of ski lessons for our 4 y. o. daughter.

We stayed in a cozy hotel located in a pretty Austrian village, close to the gondola and right across from the beginner slopes that are part of the Steinplatte ski area. the breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful traditional style restaurant were very good, with a lot of variety and delicious food. We enjoyed the size of the room, and the bathroom had a separate shower and tub. the staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. the relaxation rooms, pool and spa facilities were wonderful.
Somewhat disappointing that there were not many family rooms to choose from, especially when traveling with kids.
